Wayne County (2013): Obtained post-conviction relief for Mexican National by having his conviction for domestic violence reduced to Disorderly Person, nunc pro tunc. (Dearborn District Court).

Berrien County (2013): Obtained post-conviction reversal of Mexican national’s conviction for Felony Assault and aggravated assault, on which he was awaiting deportation proceedings. (Berrien County Circuit Court). After nullifying immigrant’s conviction nunc pro tunc, successfully moved to terminate deportation proceedings.  (Detroit Immigration Proceedings).

Berrien County (2013): Obtained post-conviction reversal of Serbian national’s conviction for False Pretenses (over $20,000), on which Defendant was ordered deported. (Berrien County Circuit Court).
