Our client’s 12-year-old daughter was seriously injured when the off-road vehicle she was riding on flipped, pinning her to the ground. The ORV’s owner had permitted the driver to use the vehicle even though she had consumed a significant amount of alcohol. Margolis & Gallagher Law is seeking compensation for the girl’s injuries.
