Index of Approved Spanish Michigan Court Forms

November 29, 2017

Translated court forms do not replace the use of the English versions. Michigan Court Rules and Michigan Trial Court Case File Management Standards require that all pleadings and other documents be in the English language.

Translated court forms are provided as an aid to inform limited English-proficient and non-English speaking persons.
Translated court forms are not to be completed and filed with the court or provided to parties to an action in place of the English versions. They may be completed and provided along with the completed English versions.
In addition to translated court forms, Michigan Legal Help has translated some of its resources into Spanish. These include articles, forms interviews, procedural instructions, and forms.
You can find the listing of translated forms on the Michigan Courts website.
